Even Man Utd would be embarrassed to accept that penalty

Since you put it like that, it was clearly a penalty. Never in doubt.

First bad VAR call of the tournament there, never a penalty.

Jumping up and swinging your elbows into someone else’s face isn’t a penalty?

Is Dion Dublin the worst commentator in the history of football?

ITV have the England Scotland match coming up, plenty of time for a late winner.

This has been another snooze fest of a game, hasn't it? Regardless of the result tonight, Scotland must be thinking of getting 3 points against this Croatia bunch and thereby (probably) qualifying.

I’d rather not have to go into the last game hoping for other results to go our way for a 3rd place qualifier.
Just old enough to have been here before.

He's a good cunt. Can have a laugh and doesn't take himself too seriously.

Had a few drinks with him many years ago at a boxing event and he was just a really funny, nice guy.

His Sean Connery story that was in the papers after Connery's death was great.

Is the warmup going to be just the Gazza and Schick goals on replay?

Thank Christ STV are doing the punditry bits in Scotland. I'm an old enough cunt that I remember watching Gazza's Euro 96 goal live. It was indeed a belter of a goal. But it was 25 years ago! 10 minutes of showing the same goal over and over again with some talking heads is the BBC at it's best. It seems to have replaced 1966 as the go to thing to bang on about. Which is something of a blessing but just as fucking tedious.

(probably not).

Three points is not a guaranteed journey into the next round, particularly given if they lose tonight they're starting on a -3 goal difference.

Yeah, I was getting a bit ahead of myself with the other fixtures (thinking some had played 2 already when they haven't).
