Finally! Should've been on age ago. He holds the ball up well.

Ole likes to leave it really late before making subs

We've surely played at least an hour of injury time already haven't we? Feels like it.

This is horrible

Imagine this last 20 minutes but having a defence with Young, Jones and Smalling in it!

James does really have tunnel vision. There's been a couple of times where he's been bombing down the right, and hasn't looked up early enough to see an easy pass.

Anyone who still thinks we need to replace Ole is an idiot.

City's players look like they can't wait for next season. We needed the three points more of course, but was a bit odd for it to show so obviously on the pitch.

Yeah, exactly. If Jose was still in charge, the narrative would be all about a Mourinho masterclass or something. Ole has a habit of masterminding these famous victories against the best teams, but people still keep saying he's out of his depth.

His signings, particularly Fernandes, have transformed this team, as well.

Edit - corrected bad spelling/ignorance.

Really loved this victory. Dogged determined fantastic organisation. Fred was a revelation. James nearly made me dislocate my jaw with his ridiculous greed for shots - could have squared it to Fernandez for a tap in at least twice. But otherwise so much to be excited about. Ole all the way!

i think the main thing is, Ole has a clear idea of what he wants, he wants to bring in the best, to go with homegrown, essentially, what he was part of.

He is identifying the right players, of the right age, and making the club make the effort to actually bring them in!

Lets be honest, Klopp, has had 4 years or so, and steadily improved the team each season, we need to give Ole that kind of time

But, a big part of the run we have been on is Matic coming back to form, which shows really ,that we should be targeting a DM in the summer as a long  term replacement!

Hmm. Let's assume that our uptick in form since signing Fernandes continues, and that we qualify for the Champions League (in 4th or 5th). Won't this still have been a pretty miserable season, points-wise? Just because we're not playing as badly as earlier in the season, and the teams around us are dropping points too, doesn't mean there shouldn't be a question mark over Ole's record overall. Chelsea and Spurs won't have another season as bad as this one (Arsenal might). Wolves or Sheffield United could kick on. We can't really afford to have another season like this.

I'm not saying we desperately need a new manager. But if an outstanding candidate becomes available and wants the job, we should be open to it.

So, every time Chelsea win United draw or lose, except when winning means doing the double over a Man City side managed by Guardiola that's one of the best premier league teams ever. Of course! Never in doubt!

Freaky how inept the big sides are at creating chances against Man United, they look like they just don't try. Is why I just never think there's a defensive problem that needs to be rectified by focussing recruitment in that area as opposed to attacking midfield. That's a few goals scored sort of scruffily at the near post in a shot the keeper should save. These games just go United's way.
