  2. I stumbled upon Dibidim a couple of years ago when their 2006 debut album popped up on my Soundcloud feed. I thought it was a really strong collection of quirky electronic pop songs and I listened to it loads. Annie!

Looked for an Annie topic and couldn't see one. Surprised. Anyway, she's had a bit of a comeback this year after a break of 5 years since Don't Stop and 10 years since Anniemal Tube Stops & Lonely Hearts (Annie/Xenomania/Ville Haimala) Released in May this is Annie's tribute to rave culture of the 90's. Suitably cheap video of kaleidoscope effects and fitness freaks. They remind me a lot of Zoot Woman but without the pretentiousness. History - First LP - Modern Thrills I think it was the Valerie blog that first picked up on them in 2009 and put them on a compilation. An EP followed on Mullet Records and then it took another year for the album to come around. Still listen to this regularly as it's pe
