Honestly most of the ingredients are pretty easy to access, he lists a few at the start that are used as staples: Miso Kombu Seasame Oil Soy There’s substitutions for the trickier to find ones as well. -

Bought Tim Anderson’s (Nanban & Masterchef) latest book for my wife for Christmas - it’s a vegan version of his amazing book Japaneasy. Everything we’ve so far has been amazing, really can’t recommend it enough! Amazon Link -

Has anyone tried having multiple accounts from different regions on their PS5? Currently on PS4 my digital purchases are split across UK and USA accounts on the same system, would be ideal to carry on in the same structure.

Definitely in the higher echelons- it has some of the best areas From have ever made. Tower of Latria in particular.

The first couple of seasons of Preacher are great, it falls apart towards the end unfortunately.

Looks amazing, ordered some of their tropical IPAs. Anyone been to Wylam’s brewery in Newcastle? It’s ridiculous in a slightly different way - they took over the site of an old war museum, a beautiful building.
