  1. That sounds like the ideal plot for Crank 3. Someone call Statham

    Smashing Pumpkins

I was there, 6th time seeing them. Cherub Rock was indeed insane, as was I thought Mayonnaise. JC is my drum god but was a fraction too loud at times. WPC is treading a fine line between extreme self-confidence / arrogance and embarrassing Spinal Tap parody. But then that's probably his intention. Incredible guitarist though, still.

I always enjoy Sky Sports pre -match hype / hard-on falling flat, when the game turns out shite. See also: Their Pre fight hype whenever Amir Khan was involved.

Got tickets for Wembley this Oct. £112 for a standing ticket is a massive piss take though.

Motorspot chat - No dull F1 though

Engineering Alonso into the lead, plus the fact the Toyota car spec is superior to EVERYTHING else running, will make it the hollowest victory ever.

    Weezer. Does anyone like them?

I assume many know already, but a campaign for weezer to cover Africa by Toto has worked...
  13. For motor racing, I have found sometimes TV is better than live. I've been to the Le Mans 24hrs. Enjoyed it but not massively. A huge lap, plus different LMP1/2 / GT cars spreading out within an hour means without commentary you have no idea who's doing what. Also you can only watch the race from the stadium section, the majority of the lap (Mulsanne straight etc) are off limits. Conversely, BTCC at Brands hatch short circuit is great to see live, but maybe a bit rubbish on TV. The bigger the lap, the more enjoyable it is to stay home! I've seen Rugby at Wembley. Again, without commentary, no idea whats going on at the far end of the field. We just cheered when the other crowd did. Finally I've been to Ascot. Horse racing on TV = dull IMO. But yet at the event is fantastic.

    Chun-Li (possibly NSFW thumbnail)

I rate Minaj alongside Yoko Ono, as a human with literally no talent. Yes I’m old and don’t understand
